Ken Chase has a broad base of experience in the real estate industry. Ken has worked extensively as an investor and lender. He brings a highly analytical approach to evaluating real estate. Ken is a co-founder of Atlas Funding and Atlas Funding Institutional – two of the Atlas companies that lend to developers and builders for construction in the Greater Boston area. Ken is a licensed construction supervisor and also a licensed real estate salesperson. Prior to his career in real estate Ken worked with Booz & Company for six years, a strategy consulting firm where he held the title of Principal. Ken holds a BA degree in Economics from Union College and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth. Ken resides in Wayland, MA with his wife and two young children.
Chad Rivard has been a real estate developer and lender for that last 20 years in the Greater Boston area. With over 3,000 closed lending transactions and having developed millions of dollars in real estate, Chad has the combination of construction and commercial finance knowledge that brings tremendous value to the industry. Chad has served such roles as Vice President of Lending for a community bank, Director of Acquisition and Development for the largest student housing developer in Central Massachusetts and currently serves as Managing Director of Atlas Funding . Chad his wife and 2 children reside in Weston, Massachusetts and graduated from Worcester State University with a BBA. He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association, Financial Executives Networking Group, and Boston REI Association. Chad is also involved in Habitat for Humanity , and is a coach for youth lacrosse in his town.
Matthew Zuker, a fourth generation real estate developer, is a founder and principal of NewMeadow Development. A real estate attorney with expert experience in local and state permitting, Matt founded HDM Homes, a development and construction company that completed projects all over Eastern Massachusetts. Matt previously served as President of Zuker Companies, a commercial real estate company started by his father 30 years ago. There he managed, repurposed and constructed commercial properties throughout New England. Matt began his career as a zoning and land use attorney at a Boston law firm representing developers, banks and property owners. Matt is a founding member and on the Board of Directors of the Conquer Cancer Coalition of Massachusetts. A graduate of George Washington University and Suffolk Law School, Matt lives in Brookline with his wife and three children.
